I stopped in after placing an order on bertuccis.com, and the whole thing was really smooth. The person at the counter greeted me right away and was genuinely nice, even though it seemed kind of busy in there. Maybe I just caught them on a good day, but the staff seemed like they actually cared about keeping things moving without making people feel rushed.
My order was ready when I got there, and they double checked everything before I left, which I appreciated. It was a simple visit overall, but the friendliness definitely stood out. I’d definitely go back.
